I really like this location as it is near my job and can do a drop off/pick up at my convenience. The staff in service and sales are good and kind. Essex was really nice and helpful. The one thing i terribly hate now is that their (562) phone number no longer works, so i have to dial a (888) number where i find myself pressing prompts several times for service dept. It basically asks me like three times where to be transferred until it finally sends me to a person. i won't give a lower rating due to that because that's totally not Essex' fault. More
