Your cashier needs to pay attention to detail Pedro Salas assisted me upon arrival Wherein he reviewed my file and suggested the service that needed to be done on top of my 30 month service. He quoted my cost and applied my wild card coupon I had given him after discussing all that was required. I signed the paperwork and left with my wife who was waiting for me. When I arrived back that afternoon to pick up my vehicle I went to the cashier who gives me a total that was higher than what I was quoted by Pedro. She called him and he took me back to his work station to figure out that she did not apply my wild card coupon which reflected an $80.00 higher cost to me. I had no issues with Pedro's excellent service however, I'm curious as to how many people just don't pay attention and end up paying more because your cashier doesn't pay attention?? More

Overall, decnet dealership Great special on oil change, however it took 5 minutes before I was acknowledged on the service drive. I was also turned off by the attempt to sell me two unnecessary services to my car. Brake Fluid flush and wheel alignment. I have a 2019 with 10,000 miles on it. There should be NO NEED to do either as I do not off road with my Sonata. Upon a home inspection, the fluid was in immaculate condition. Which I should hope, otherwise I would be purchasing a different make of vehicle if I need to spend $200 plus dollars on a brake fluid service and wheel alignment every other oil change. I will be going back, but with slight reservation on their recommended services. I will only have them perform the services I know my car needs. Once I actually need service, as in once the car isn't so new, I will find a trustworthy mechanic. More
