Service Dept is great but the wait was way too long I love the Service Department at Downey Hyundai. Everyone is very helpful and upfront. My only disappointment this visit was that I made an appointm I love the Service Department at Downey Hyundai. Everyone is very helpful and upfront. My only disappointment this visit was that I made an appointment for 1115AM, and as I was checking the car in, was informed that because of backups from the morning that my car would be ready around 130PM. Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I get that you want to get as much business as possible, and if I was a walkup that it might be longer, but to have it be over 2 hours with an appointment did not make me feel very good about continuing my auto servicing here. Will need to re-evaluate. More
