Electronic issues Carlos Ruiz was the service manager that dealt with my issue. I had (3) electronic issues on my Tuscon and the service department only fixed (2) of th Carlos Ruiz was the service manager that dealt with my issue. It took at least (2) hours from the time I signed in to the time I got my car back and I realized that the main issue that I was there for, which was for the USB port not working, was not fixed. I was too tired and is was getting late to go back and have them fix the issue. More

Customer Service was Excellent! The clerks were attentive and kind. I was also able to get an estimate for my damages. Surprisingly, I was even given a rental. We were contacted again by text when our car was ready, as we had gone to breakfast while our car was being worked on. Upon arriving back at Downey Hyundai, our car was ready and has just been washed, prior to us picking it up. Carlos went over the details of our inspection report with suggestions for the service we would need to have done on our next service appointment. Quick oil change Brought my car in for a routine oil change. Simple, easy, professional, I’ve never had taken my car in for service, normally having small shops take care of it. I previously took it to another dealer Hyundai but treated me I’ve never had taken my car in for service, normally having small shops take care of it.
