Rude, disrespectful to women, belittled me because I don’t the lingo of the store or the workings of a car. I got a one hour lecture from the manager about the events that had transpired. He didn’t believe that the customer comes first, he spent all the time defending his employees. I was not able to get a loaner. I had to pay out a pocket to get a rental. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten my refund yet. When they returned my car, they did not wash it. It still had the chalk marks on the front window. Also, when they returned my car, it had no air conditioning. I had to go back to get this fixed. I’m infuriated about my interaction with Downey Hyundai. I had nothing to do with the engine’s problems but It became a huge inconvenience. It took a big part of my life dealing with the employees at Hyundai, it was a great financial issue, it affected my health having to be aggravated by these events. I feel that for these issues I should receive some compensation. I had nothing to do with the reason for taking the car in. My 2015 car only has 76,000. I take really good care of my car. It was not my fault that the engine died on my car. Why was I so mistreated? More
