On my last completed on time, always have a free loaner to use while car is in the shop if I need it, and the showroom is in an excellent location. I just took my sedan in for a road trip checkup. Luckily they found my battery was on its last legs and replaced it free of charge under my extended warranty. My new service advisor, Ryan, was terrific! My appointment for 15k service could not have been easier. He checked me in quickly, had my rental car set up, and let me know a few hours later when My appointment for 15k service could not have been easier. He checked me in quickly, had my rental car set up, and let me know a few hours later when my car was ready. I dropped off the rental and picked up my car later in the afternoon! I had lost one of my key fobs, and Ryan let me know the price, and had it ready for me with my car. Great job, Ryan! More
