He went out of his way to help us. When we were deciding on a color, he pulled the cars around and placed them side by side for us to look at, hope in and play around with. We felt no pressure to buy the vehicle, there was none of the 'what do I need to do to get you into the car today' speeches. He seemed more concerned with finding the right fit for us. He asked what other cars we were looking at and didn't seemed bothered if we would have preferred another brand. He made it seem that it was most important that we are happy with whatever car we choose, regardless of where it was purchased. Pricing was good and competitive to anywhere else and there was essentially no back and forth haggling. Next time we are looking for a car, I'm sure we will make a stop by here again. More

After my last two car purchases I had lost all faith in dealerships and care salesmen in general. I approached Earnhardt's Scottsdale Lexus to get a look at a vehicle I was moderately interested in. Their staff was great from the moment I walked in the door (yes they allowed that, and didn't accost me before I had both feet out of my car in the parking lot). I was paired Leo Suhargo, a salesmen who was both helpful and informative, but beyond that a genuinely nice person who was more interested in my priorities and needs in an automobile than he was trying to sell me a car. After an extended test drive (24 hours... who else lets you do that?), and a very low pressure negotiation process, I drove off the lot 10 days later with the exact vehicle I wanted and a price that was exactly what I had in mind. I can't express enough how refreshing it was to do business with a dealership who values their customers the way Scottsdale Lexus does. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership! More
