We began our search for a used Lexus by visiting Scottsdale Lexus. Sandrena Schumacher was the salesperson who helped us that first day. Sandrena listened, answered all our questions and said that while she had nothing in stock that day which met our criteria, she would get back to us. What impressed me most was that she did not try to sell us something that day or call everyday with possibilities. No pressure, no hassle. It was probably 10 weeks later when we heard from her and she said " I think I have what you want". Indeed she did. Everything we asked for was sitting there when we arrived. It was the perfect vehicle and we bought it immediately. It took less than an hour to make the deal (not the horribile 6 hour torture endured at most dealers). Since that time Sandrena has called to ask us how we are doing and followed up immediately on a minor interior spot that needed to be removed. It took all of 15 minutes and that time was spent visiting most pleasantly with Sandrena. We love our Lexus and I have already told everyone I know to buy their next car from Sandrena. I scheduled my service on the internet and found it easy to use. When I arrived at the dealership at my scheduled time, Mike had me in and out within 15 minutes and into my loaner car (contrary to another to use. When I arrived at the dealership at my scheduled time, Mike had me in and out within 15 minutes and into my loaner car (contrary to another review they don't charge for anything on the loaner although at one time they did charge for gas but have since changed that policy). I was informed that my car would probably not be ready for pickup until the next day since the shop was extremely busy (100+ vehicles in for service). I received a call from Mike at 5:30pm informing me that the service staff would be working late to complete service and my car could be picked up anytime the following morning. When I arrived to pick up my car the next morning everything had been completed and I was able to return my loaner and pay for the service within a few minutes --- I actually was there a little bit longer because Sandrena made a point to come over and greet me indicating she had seen me when I drove into the dealership. We chatted briefly about her recent trip to Sri Lanka to visit her mother and also about how much her son Alex (approx 5) enjoyed his first trip to visit Grandma's home. I consider Sandrena and Mike to be good friends and have always had outstanding dealings with both of them --- Scottsdale Lexus is an outstanding dealership for both sales and service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone --- our 2007 RX 400h has approximately 60,000 miles and still runs great and we have never experienced any problems --- having previously driven a Mercedes E Series vehicle which I loved I can honestly say that we love our Lexus --- I still have a Mercedes C320 which is driven less than 2000 miles a year and if I was in the market for a replacement car would not hesitate to purchase another car from Sandrena at Scottsdale Lexus --- she is an amazingly knowledgeable and honest sales professional who goes out of her way to meet every need. Scott also delivered the car to me the next day, and gave me one of the best delivery briefings..and another real walk around of the car. Excellent Job. Very professional yet not pressured at any point with these guys. Nice dealership appearance...very clean..cars all looking good on the lot new and used. I recommend this place and these two men. More
