I decide to go for a low mileage Certified used RX 330 sitting on their lot. Nice experience with both these sales guys. Scott did a outstanding job, as he and Richard both worked with me on different sitting on their lot. Nice experience with both these sales guys. Scott did a outstanding job, as he and Richard both worked with me on different days. Richard and I did the actual sit down sale, and Scott actually taught me the car itself and all it's features..before the sale, and a test drive. EXCELLENT product knowledge. Scott also delivered the car to me the next day, and gave me one of the best delivery briefings..and another real walk around of the car. Excellent Job. Very professional yet not pressured at any point with these guys. Nice dealership appearance...very clean..cars all looking good on the lot new and used. I recommend this place and these two men. I had been very satisified with Lexus service until the change in loaner policy. I have a Lexus RX350 which I took in for 30k service ($600-700). I was shocked to learn of the new loaner policy. Now change in loaner policy. I have a Lexus RX350 which I took in for 30k service ($600-700). I was shocked to learn of the new loaner policy. Now, you must pay $25 plus fuel and mileage any time you get serviced. Chances are the loaner will be a corolla. What set Lexus apart was superb service from the purchase of the vehicle to aftermarket servicing. My Service Advisor is great, probably the only reason I did not go to another dealership. When you buy a 40k car, you expect there to be a different level of service. If you need a loaner car, think another Lexus dealership or make. I also own a Volkswagen. They have extended hours in service, free loaners (no surcharge), shuttle service, and superb consultants. Tip: shop other Lexus dealerships for service. each one has different policies related to loaner cars. More
When I first entered the dealership I was a little put off by the lack of immediate notice. After a minute of looking at the vehicles Leo entered from outside the showroom and I learned what good salesman off by the lack of immediate notice. After a minute of looking at the vehicles Leo entered from outside the showroom and I learned what good salesmanship was all about. He was extremely polite and showed me the vehicle in question. After about two hours of his time in questions and test drives I left to look at other vehicles. His politeness, lack of pressure, and gentle good nature was a breath of fresh air after some of the sales people I had met in the past week. I returned the next day to evaluate the vehicle some more and he used the internet to show me various website's Lexus dealer invoice prices and offered to bring a extremely fair offer to be approved. In the end I decided on a different vehicle. When informing him, Leo was very polite and wished me well and complimented me with the purchase of the competition without a hint of guilt trip. The service and salesmanship he exhibited was exemplary and would recommend asking to see Leo before anyone else. You would not go wrong seeking him at Lexus of Scottsdale. More
At this point I have nothing good to say about Scottsdale Lexus other than they sell an excellent product. After riding in my LS 400 both my son-in-law and daughter-in-law and both purchased GS 300(s).
Lexus other than they sell an excellent product. After having it for a few months I decided it wise to bring it into Scottsdale Lexus and have the Certified Pre Owned Check List run against it.
I owned an El Dorado Cadillac before this vehicle and only once had a maintenance issue following a similar process.

It is my belief that their Service Center possesses a lack luster level of diagnostic competence. I was given a listing of concerns from my service representative and I had him address all deficiencies found on the vehicle. Four months later I brought my vehicle in after noting the sound of wearing break pads and was shocked at price to correct such a common maintenance matter. Further I was appalled at being given a list of additional mechanical deficiencies not found in the check you performed only four months prior. When I raised my concerns to the representative as to why these were not found during your inspection of my vehicle and the reason for the seemingly inflated cost of correcting these allegedly "NEW" deficiencies I was treated as a vagrant unable to pay the cost of a consumed meal.

It is one thing to make mistakes (I would hate to thing they were being dishonest), but to then be rude about it is over the line More
