Ruben was a great sales rep and made the car buying experience as easy as possible. Only thing my wife didnt like was the lack of accurate information that was told to us before we were handed the pin experience as easy as possible. My suggestion is to let the customer know everything upfront because no one wants the feeling of being mislead or not given all the information upfront.This issue was mostly on the back end,and almost cost the sale because my wife wasnt happy. David was very friendly and welcoming when I got to the dealer ship. He answered every question I asked or got the answers for me in a timiey manner. He made me feel very comfortable with my vehicle choice dealer ship. He answered every question I asked or got the answers for me in a timiey manner. He made sure that my kids and I were comfortable by asking if we wanted any drinks or snacks while we waited for the paperwork to be processed. The whole process went quick and smooth and he went over the paperwork in detail. When all was done he made sure to let me know if I had any questions or concerns that I could call at anytime. This was my first time going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle. In going in to this process I thought it was going to be a long and stressful process.
