The only thing that slowed the process down was my own credit and negative equity I had in my previous car. I had a hassle free amazing experience at Driver's Select. In the past, purchasing as car for me was like a divorce, never walked away thinking it was a positive experience, but a needed action. He was great, I did not expect to get appoved as my score was in the mid 500s. After my inital contact with him, he called me back within 20 minutes to let me know I was approved. I didn't believe him at first, but soon figured out he was absolutely serious. The price was firm, no going back and forth on price. The 2012 explorer we purchased was listed and sold for $3500 under NADA. Can't complain about that. Everyone involved in the buying process were nothing but nice, Nic even got my kids water and snacks while we were filling out paperwork. I plan to go back when I have another vehicle need, and highly encourge anyone to give DS a try when needing a vehicle. They will not disappoint. More
