I had went to a Kia dealership the day before and the salesman there was talking to me about their advertising and compaired it to a hamburger advertising. I originally called just to get a trade-in value for my car and David Davis answered the phone. He took all my car info and got back with me to let me know the trade in value was not at all what I thought car and David Davis answered the phone. He took all my car info and got back with me to let me know the trade in value was not at all what I thought it was. He suggested he get me approved with out using my car and I thought "There is no way that's going to happen with my credit", but I agreed. He called me back less than an hour later with great news that I was approved. I know David worked his magic to make that happen!!! I told him the car I wanted and once he told me that monthly payments, I decided to get something a litte different. I am so glad I did because I really love the SUV I bought and knew my payments before I even clocked out! All I had to do was pick up my husband, do the test drive, and sign the paperwork. I am very pleased with David's customer service and Yana was great when going over the paperwork (even though she talks really fast) and she even offered to help setup the Bluetooth to car (even though I didn't have one). That was honestly the easiest car buying experience we have ever had, I'm actually excited about going back to David to get my husband the truck he has been wanting :-) More
