Bought the car and it runs well and I have no problems with it. Post sale I had a few minor issues that I had to clear up. It has been a pain getting them to respond. I call the DMV and find out they have with it. Post sale I had a few minor issues that I had to clear up. It has been a pain getting them to respond. I call the DMV and find out they haven't sent in any of the paperwork almost 40 days later. I wasted a ton of time on what should have been a simple fix. I'd buy elsewhere if possible -- they don't care about you at all after you sign the contract even with typical post sale questions. More

Great overall buying experience! Good car, quick experience. However, paperwork from the Title Department was incomplete to the DMV. I took a day off work to go to DMV (after I was notififed) to g experience. However, paperwork from the Title Department was incomplete to the DMV. I took a day off work to go to DMV (after I was notififed) to get my license plates. After waiting in the queue I went to get the plates and was told the Echo Park had not provided the required paperwork. I asked if that happened often and the DMV clerk said not very often at all by dealers. Now I had to purchase a new temp tag and wait another (who knows how long) and then take another vacation day from work. I tried to call Echo Park today and the person connected me to a title clerk and I got the 3 beeps disconnected from the other end tone. Not good service. More
