I purchased my car about month ago at the Thornton location. Monday (3/29/21) I went explaining I was having troubles with my windows as well as my sunroof leaking. When Saturday came I was unsure were to go because there was a lack of signs and communication with the desk lady I had previously spoke with. However I found the garage and decided someone in the shop could direct me. A man approached me. I explain my situation. I made an appointment with someone in the dealership and I’m not positive where I should be dropping off my car. He begins to tell me they do not take appointments and no drop;he had no idea what I was talking about. He told me I would have to wait till the dealership opens at 9am and speak to someone then. I waited til 9am when I dealership was open, went inside and they said I was late I have to reschedule. (Mind you the garage is connected to the dealership.) I began to read previous reviews in frustration. The salesman are great! It’s the lack of communication with there customers from there greetings to information. Echo park should also offer text reminders for services like this! Possibly with some information as well! When I bought my car Andrew Linton was friendly, helpful, and quick-witted. He provided he with the answer I needed to complete my questions. I would definitely recommend going back to him and ONLY him he listens and is charismatic! More

Great service from Kyle and the GM. But the finance team took their time, probably due to the volume of sales. Once I decided on a car, it took a very long time to get anything done. Also, what I did not like was how carefree a few of the staff was on mask-wearing. Just wear a mask, it's not hard, but much of the staff saw it as optional and no one seemed to care. Masks half down, off, with a useless gator that does not protect anyone, always pulling up. I wanted to get a car, not potentially get covid. More

I was ready to buy a Ford Explorer and I found the exact one I was looking for at the Thornton, CO location. However, during the test drive it was very obvious that the alignment was off and it pulled da one I was looking for at the Thornton, CO location. I informed my Salesman and he said it would be fixed and to come back the next day. I came back for another test drive and it stilled pulled to the right. The manager, Sean, told me that he would rectify the situation and to "hang in there and he would get the issue resolved". Then I was told by the salesman that he would call me when the repair was completed. Five days went by with no word about the repair and then finally the salesman called to inform me that the vehicle had been sold and offered me another vehicle with higher mileage at a higher price. What a sham. Caveat emptor- Latin for "Let the buyer beware" is my best advice to anyone thinking about buying a vehicle from EchoPark. If their customer service and ability to communicate is this bad, do you really think they are doing the 190 Point Vevicle Inspection that they flaunt on their web site? More
