Their explanation is because they "sell the vehicles fast and closer customers don't have the convenience as the further away customers" THAT's their "catch". I've never heard of a dealership treating their customers like that. You're nothing but a dollar sign that's being raked in. They sell their cars fast so who cares what your needs are. So glad I never test drove the vehicle I was going to buy. Garbage business. More

We drove over an hour to see a vehicle they couldn't find. Next, we decided to check out EchoPark as it was close to our home. EchoPark was not what I expected. This dealership was great!! I really want to thank the sales rep who helped us, Jose Ocampo. He is a huge asset to EchoPark. Both professional and bilingual which contributed to us buying the truck we wanted. We are extremely happy with our purchase and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about buying a new/used vehicle. There's also a great waiting area for families with children while paperwork is being completed. Thanks again! More
