Richard (Rick) was fantastic, very knowledgeable, no pressure, he was the only person we talked to. We were not locked in a room with F&I or salesmanager and beat up😀. Great car and would recommend to everyone!! Thanks again. Lee and Carol More
Best place I've ever bought a car!!! Our salesman, Rick, was wonderful. He was upfront and honest and walked us through all the numbers. We got a great interest rate and they even waited to hear back from all the banks to make sure we got the lowest interest rate before finalizing paper work. He was realistic and informative and I love my new car. I will recommend them to everyone I know that is looking to buy a new car!! More

Called to schedule an appt to look at a specific car - planned to make an all cash offer at asking. When I arrived to the dealership they had already sold the vehicle without giving me a call and wasting my time. Then when I inquired about other vehicles they showed me two vehicles that were more expensive with. More mileage. Would recommend going to a smaller dealership with better customer service. Also employee was rude when I aske why he didn’t call. Named Chris. More
Worst experience ever. I have to convey my disappointment in your dealership. I’ve never had more opposition in buying a car before now. I understand order of operstion I have to convey my disappointment in your dealership. I’ve never had more opposition in buying a car before now. I understand order of operstions, but when I jump through all the hoops to make sure I can get in and out in a timely manner, I would appreciate the dealer to ablige their end of the deal. Neither manager was there when we arrived, no one knew a thing about the deal, and none of the paperwork was ready. Not to mention, Shikar, you neglected to tell us you were off! After driving 6 hours to your dealership, getting greeted by the “ dear in a headlight” look, because no one knew anything about the deal that we had set up the previous night, and having to wait around for another 45 minutes so whoever we were talking to, arrogant and unempathetic, figured out your mess and got us on the road, I will never return, or refer anyone to your establishment. Guys, if neither one of you were going to be there upon our arrival, let us know and tell us to talk to someone in particular, and then you guys convey to them what’s going on. I can honestly say that you guys are the ones that give the rest of the dealers a bad name. Never again. More
Ask for Daniel Gorton After looking on autotrader and cars.com for used Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk's, I visited a few dealerships closer to my home even though Echo Park After looking on autotrader and cars.com for used Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk's, I visited a few dealerships closer to my home even though Echo Park Thronton had one listed $4k less than any other. Similar mileage, same options. I figured these big dealerships would come down in price after seeing what was being offered in the area. They didn't! They wouldn't budge a single dollar. So I went to Echo Park in Thornton. I was greeted by Daniel and explained my day of visiting the big name dealers in Denver. He explained Echo's business model and how they are able to have such a competitive price. In less than 10 minutes I was on a test drive. I ended up purchasing the Jeep, trading in my current car and was out the door in less than 90 minutes. Way quicker than any other care buying experience. If you're in the market for a used car and Echo Park Thornton has what youre looking for, set an appt with Daniel. More
Worst customer services I bought 2 cars a week ago, was never told they only came with one key. Now they want me to pay for the spear keys. They said they would detail my car I bought 2 cars a week ago, was never told they only came with one key. Now they want me to pay for the spear keys. They said they would detail my cars and didn’t do anything, in fact one was not even inspected and should not have been sold to me. The customer experience manages nor their GM Peter Vandenberghe did nothing, absolutely worst service ever, the only reason I give a 1 star is because they had the car I wanted. DO NOT buy cars from them they will disappoint you. More
Exactly Why Used Car Dealerships and Salesman Have a Bad Rap I'm only giving this dealership one star because I don't have the option to give it zero. This dealership is a prime example of why used car sales peo I'm only giving this dealership one star because I don't have the option to give it zero. This dealership is a prime example of why used car sales people and used car dealerships have such a terrible reputation. After my experience here, I'd honestly rather have spent an hour and a half in my dentist's chair having a root canal. It started out fine, and the salesman I was paired with was nice enough. After a test drive and a decision to move forward with applying for financing, it seemed I was on my way to owning the car I wanted. I was a little taken aback when I was shown the interest rate I was approved for (which I was assured was "a great rate", when it actually wasn't), as it was quite a bit higher than I was expecting, but I figured I'd move forward and refinance as soon as I could. The salesman brought to me a stack of paperwork to sign to finalize the deal. When I was almost through the stack, I came across a section of the contract that listed a total amount owed to the dealership that was about $4200 higher than it should have been, considering the sales price of the vehicle, less my down payment. When I questioned my salesman on it, he first acted like he didn't know what I was asking, but then explained that was the total owed to the dealership, including the gap insurance and the dealer's warranty. While he had previously casually mentioned the dealership offered a warranty at a "great price" that he'd go over with me, he never actually mentioned the details of the warranty, nor the cost of it, nor did he mention a word about gap insurance until I found the $4200 difference in my contract. He also never gave me the option to accept or decline either the gap insurance or the warranty; he just put it in, obviously assuming I would not notice or know any better. When I asserted I wanted neither the gap insurance or the warranty, his demeanor toward me shifted instantly, and he became hostile and condescending, insisting I provide him with a reason for declining those options. Our conversation became heated, and I ultimately told him the deal was off and I got up to leave. After asking me whether or not I was buying the car, to which I told him no, he literally kicked his chair and stormed off. While I did receive a call from the manager shortly after I left, to see if I would be coming back to finish the deal, when I explained what happened I received a scripted, insincere apology. After reading some other reviews online about this dealership, I found my experience was not unusual. If you look at this dealer's own website, you can see other reviews, but if you read the fine print, they state they can and will remove reviews with or without reason. I am a reasonable person, and a very nice one at that, until I realize I am being deceived or treated unfairly. I feel it is my duty to warn everyone else out there who will read this to avoid this dealership at all costs. Even if you think they have your perfect vehicle, their deceitful practices and blatant lack of integrity render them completely undeserving of your business. More

The van was in good condition for the most part an From Dream to Nightmare: I bought a minivan from this dealership. It started out rather pleasantly. The van was in good condition for the most part and the price was marketable. The sales rep that sold us the vehicle was humble, respectful, and hospitable. It was my dream to get a minivan, and the process to purchase the vehicle was good overall. Then came the NIGHTMARE. I had to drive back to this store (>30 min away) the next day, because they made a mistake on the financial paperwork. Then, when it came time to register my vehicle with the DMV (after waiting for almost 3 hours), they told me that the dealership didn't send the title paperwork to the County. I spent my own money to purchase a temporary registration. After calling the dealership, they told me that they would send it to the County right away. After going back to the DMV to get my registration two weeks later (after waiting 2 hours there), the County said that there was something wrong with the paperwork so they sent it back to EchoPark 5 days ago. EchoPark did not send it back (until today I found out later). Either I could spend more of my money for another temp registration at the DMV, or I could go to an EchoPark and get it for free there. Unfortunately, I would have to drive over half an hour just to get a temp registration that I shouldn't have had to get. After the unfortunate result, I spoke with EchoPark, and they told me they sent it to the County today. It's just unfortunate that they didn't do it in time, and they didn't notify me of the delay. They have taken me away from my time with family and at work. I had to spend my own money to rectify their mistakes. ECHOPARK SAYS THAT WE CAN GET THE NEW CAR FEEL WITHOUT THE NEW CAR PRICE. THAT WAS TRUE FOR ME. UNFORTUNATELY, IT DID NOT COME WITH THE NEW CAR PROCESSING. Keep this in mind if you're considering this dealership for your next purchase. UPDATE: After speaking with (and venting at) the title person and manager, they told me I can get a temporary registration at a closer location. They offered me a couple things as compensation for the inconvenience they have caused. I'm thankful they were willing to hear me out. I will change my rating/review once I know they will follow through with their word. More
