Great car, but bad disclosures. Went to buy a car and on the auto trader listing and the echo park listing its self the car stated it comes with keyless entry and remote start. wh Went to buy a car and on the auto trader listing and the echo park listing its self the car stated it comes with keyless entry and remote start. when I went to look at the car the salesmen kept the keys and unlocked the car for me. it is push button start so I didn't need to hold the keys. After purchasing the car and leaving and getting home I tried to lock the car and the keyless entry wasn't there along with remote start. when learning this I contacted the dealership and they refused to help me or return my calls or emails. If planning on buying a car I suggest looking else where because this place will make a car sound great and tell you a car comes with features in does not come with just to get a sale. More

We worked with Brie to purchase our 2017 Lexus RX 350. She was easy to work with and if it was just her I was reviewing I would give a 5. However, we were not told at the beginning our car only had one fo She was easy to work with and if it was just her I was reviewing I would give a 5. However, we were not told at the beginning our car only had one fob and a new fob is over 300.00 to purchase. We took our car to the Lexus dealership by our home (still under factory warranty) for a wind noise in the driver side window. Found out the prior owner manipulated that window and it is going to cost us over 200.00 to fix. We also found out that the back brakes are I. The “earning” area and need to be replaced with also is not covered under warranty and will cost us an additional 550.00 to replace. All this to say, driving a car off the Echo Park Thornton lot and taking it down to Parker is now going to cost me over 1000.00 ensure we have all the parts necessary and that it’s safe to drive. Loved the “ease” of purchase portion of this experience, but not impressed with what we found “afterwards.” Suggestion: take your potential vehicle to a reputable shop to get it thoroughly looked over prior to purchase. More
