Usually love these guys, but this time they dropped the ball. Made our appointment weeks in advance for an oil change and 15000 service. We live about 45 minutes from the dealership but service is normally ball. Made our appointment weeks in advance for an oil change and 15000 service. We live about 45 minutes from the dealership but service is normally worth it. Anyway, we arrive at the service center and drop the car off. About 40 minutes later, we get a call that the oil change cannot be performed on our GT350 because the oil filter has been on back order for weeks. It would seem like a reasonable practice to check on supplies for upcoming appointments to ensure that scheduled services can actually be performed. We wasted the time and energy to make the long drive and our car still needs service. Additionally our Ford maintenance plan will run out in August and we will not be here to get the car serviced before it expires. We told Englewood of this and they just apologized and said nothing they could do. More
