From the outset, they demonstrated a commitment to not just addressing my concern but ensuring that the solution was complete and successful. Even when it meant taking extra steps and additional time to rectify the issue with my vehicle, their dedication to getting it right was evident. When I purchased my automobile, the salesperson assured me that they have a white-glove servicing center. I initially assumed it was a sales pitch, but it is now evident that the Flemington BMW service department operates with a high standard of excellence, and this makes all the difference. More
