After deciding that I wanted to consider leasing a new BMW, I looked at many reviews of both dealers and the sales staff at those dealers. From these reviews It was clear that I wanted to go to Flemington BMW and that Scott Smith would be the sales rep I would ask for. After making an appointment for a Saturday test drive with Scott, he contacted me several times prior to inquire about exactly what I was looking for and said he would have a few vehicles ready for me when I arrived. The test drive went great and Scott was very helpful in answering all my questions. Afterwards when I told him that I also wanted to test drive an Audi before deciding, he immediately suggested that I simply go across the street to the VW/Audi dealer (also a member of the same dealer family) and helped arrange an immediate test drive there as well! When I decided that I was going to go with the X1 over the Audi, I called Scott to work out a deal on the lease. After agreeing on a great price, we hit a minor snag in the process which I thought might scupper the deal (I was under a bit of time pressure to secure a new vehicle and had to close quickly). Scott and his colleagues at Flemington came through with flying colors and I was able to take delivery the next day. At delivery he spent as much time with me as I needed to make sure I had a good overview of the car and it's impressive technology. Becky was also very friendly and helpful with the Finance/Insurance issues. This was a very simply and straightforward process and she gave me all of the information ahead of time so that I was able to review before coming into the dealer. There was no pressure at all to buy products I didn't think I wanted, only information to help me make my decision. In summary, Scott was miles ahead of any auto sales person I have ever dealt with previously. I am sure his sales colleagues at Flemington are also very good, but I can't recommend Scott (and Flemington BMW) enough. More

When I was shopping for a new car, Flemington BMW was not the first BMW dealership I visited, but from the minute I walked in I knew I would not be visiting any other dealerships. This was it! The sales staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Bill Hinton, the advisor with whom I worked, was wonderful. He took the time to learn about my needs as a customer and helped me find the ideal car for me. He also helped me work out the best deal financially with the dealership. Bill personally delivered the car to my house and spent several hours explaining all the features--or at least a lot of them, the car has so many. The entire car buying process was (amazingly, because one doesn't often hear this!) a pleasure. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. I would recommend Flemington BMW, and Bill Hinton in particular, without reservation. More

I was dissatisfied with their service (& pricing) and mentioned this to a friend who recently purchased a vehicle from Flemington BMW. She referred me to Bill Hinton three years ago when I acquired my third 5 series and he just delivered my latest 5 series this past week. Bill takes his role as a consultant very seriously and makes the entire process of getting a new vehicle enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their feature technologies. Bill never makes you feel you’ve been oversold or pressured – he is a gentleman who tries his best to educate and fulfill the needs of his customers and is very respectful of your time. I’ve referred friends to him and strongly encouraged anyone I met who was looking to get a BMW in my local area to call Bill in Flemington. They make the entire process of an out-of-state purchase easy by handling all of the associated paperwork. Bill delivered my new car to my home late one evening because it was most convenient for me. The same goes for post sales service and support -they have always delivered a loaner car to my home so I have never had to make the trip personally to Flemington for service. This was far better post sale service than I ever received from my former local dealer in the Lehigh Valley. I would highly recommend Bill and his service colleagues at Flemington BMW. More

I have had nine BMW's all from one dealer, not Flemington. Went to Flemington BMW to see if they were willing to give me a better deal. We were so impressed with these men that I took the opportunity to test drive a different BMW and ended up purchasing it for myself. Scott was extremely friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find exactly the car I wanted, and getting set up for a performance delivery in South Carolina. He and Rebecca di genuinely interested in helping me find exactly the car I wanted, and getting set up for a performance delivery in South Carolina. He and Rebecca did a very good job of explaining options, accessories, warranties, extended maintenance agreements, and so on, helping me to feel that I was making informed decisions about which to get. Rebecca was also very friendly and helpful, and got me an interest rate that was virtually as good as what I could get at my credit union. All in all, my experience was excellent, and I would recommend this team to other prospective buyers. More
