After reading about my experience with BMWUSA, you will appreciate why I gave Flemington BMW the rating I gave. The staff are exceptional. I ordered a 328i xdrive from Munich through Flemington BMW. About 1.5 months later, my vehicle arrived in Port Newark. BMWUSA staff were providing me with conflicting information concerning the delivery date of the car. I contacted my Client Advisor, Jan Michael Blakley who in turn contacted BMWUSA. BMWUSA informed Jan Michael that there was a problem with my "brand new" car and that delivery would be delayed. When the information was relayed to me, I immediately got in touch with the General Manager of Flemington BMW, Byron Brisby Jr.. Byron followed up with BMWUSA, who advised him that my car would not be repaired for another month. Byron insisted on having the car released to his dealership, and a few days later, I was driving my car out of the showroom. As it turned out, the problem was a 2 inch piece of felt that got wedged in the sunroof shade. It took a minute to remove the felt once it arrived at the dealership. My experience with Flemington BMW was great. If you want to know about all the features of a BMW, Jan Michael is your man. Jan Michael is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. At no point did I ever feel pressured. I went to other dealerships prior to Flemington BMW and Flemington BMW is where I received the best customer service and pricing. Rebecca Kosar is the Finance and Insurance Manager. Rebecca sat with me and thoroughly explained all the warranty/service/maitnance options available. Again, there was no pressure to purchase anything I was not interested in. I would advise anyone purchasing a BMW from this dealership, to have a chat with Rebecca so as to understand all the options ahead of the pick up date, in order to have time to decide what to choose and not choose. Byron was amazing. Byron got me behind the wheel of my vehicle in a timely fashion, days instead of a month later. I would reccomend Flemington BMW to anyone who would ask. I worked with Eric in purchasing my most recent vehicle through Flemington BMW. My previous Sales Associate had retired during the time of my previous BMW lease through Flemington, and Eric stepped right through Flemington BMW. My previous Sales Associate had retired during the time of my previous BMW lease through Flemington, and Eric stepped right in and assisted me with my next vehicle purchase. During the negotiations/ordering of the new vehicle, I actually moved out of state (NJ to GA), and I wasn't sure how that would impact the process of signing paperwork, vehicle registration, etc. The vehicle order had already been processed and I was worried the process might become overly cumbersome. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Eric and I maintained contact via email/phone calls and he remained very responsive throughout the entire process. I received all paperwork in a timely fashion and I even received a tin of cookies at the end of the process which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. Although I am no longer located in NJ, Eric made the process of buying my new BMW so straightforward/easy, he will be the first person I call when looking to add any future BMW vehicles to the garage. Even with the added complexity of having to overnight paperwork back and forth and not being able to sit down face to face towards the end of the process, this was easily my most enjoyable car buying experience. Tom Terrill was terrific. I was looking for a 2011 BMW X-5, and I was very particular about several options and the interior color. I was unable to find just what I was looking for locally. I searched on-line, and found several cars that interested me at Flemington BMW. I talked with Tom by phone before committing to the 3 hour drive from my home in central PA. When I arrived, Tom had several cars set up to view and drive. The one I was most eager to see did not suit, but another car seemed perfect. I was not prepared to switch my intentions so unexpectedly- Tom was gracious and supportive and put no pressure on me. I drove back home, considered things for a day or two, and then called him back. We completed the deal by phone, email and post, and now I love the car. Thanks Tom. More
From our past experience we always felt buying a new car, specially dealing with car salesperson, was intimidating. Hence we had shown up in Flemington with much trepidation, but dealing with Scott Smith was specially dealing with car salesperson, was intimidating. Hence we had shown up in Flemington with much trepidation, but dealing with Scott Smith was such a pleasure. His direct approach, attention to detail and most importantly honesty impressed us so much that we not only bought our first BMW, but hastened the purchase of a second one which we bought within days of the first. Talking to any other manufacturer or dealership would be pointless. It was obvious Scott was conscientious about fighting to save every dollar for us and truly meant it when he indicated that we could bother him any time following the purchase. I would highly recommend Scott Smith to any potential car buyer. More

I had contacted Flemington BMW after I had viewed a car on the internet that I was interested in. I sent in a request for more information and Jamie Bassett called me back shortly thereafter. I scheduled a time to come in and was introduced to Gerry Vaughan my CA. After looking at the car I had viewed on the internet, I decided that specific car was not right for me. Gerry asked me a few questions and showed me some cars that might meet my needs better. After some looking around I found one that fit perfectly. Gerry was extremely helpful in explaining all of the available features, and the differences between the cars we had seen. At no time did Gerry try to pressure me into more car than I needed, nor did he point me in the wrong direction. During the purchase he explained everything that was presented to me in a clear and concise manner, and answered any questions that I had. I put a deposit down that evening and met with Rebecca Kosar so she could explain the various finance options and warranties available for the car. Again there was absolutely no pressure, the options were explained thoroughly and Rebecca sent me home with "homework" to evaluate the options and make my decisions. During the closing of the sale the following day, Rebecca listened to my choices and at no time tried to upsell me on more than I had decided on. The process was painless. After the paperwork was completed ( in short order) Gerry took us outside to show us our new car, and spent a great deal of time explaining all of the options, the tech packages and the features in the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew everything we needed before we drove off the lot. Gerry even called me a few hours after we had left to ask if we had any questions or concerns with our new car. We couldn't be happier with our decision to buy a BMW, nor with Flemington BMW as the dealership. I've already recommended Gerry a friend who went for a ride with me and fell in love with our 528ix just as I had. More

Contacted Ed initially and Bill returned my call promptly as Ed was away. Jamie followed up in the meantime to keep me informed of everything that was going on.
