Purchasing our new BMW was a terrific experience. Scott's willingness to give up part of his own holiday to demonstrate the car enabled us to make a quick purchase decision that, in the end, guaranteed that we were first in line to buy the car. Howard Fromm, the Finance Manager, also worked hard to ensure that we got the best possible rate for our BMWFS car loan, and gave us sound advice on some ancillary insurance purchases, as well. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our new car, or the smooth, pleasant process accompanying our purchase.
