I found my 335xi coupe; space gray/corral red interior...on the intranet after extensive search. Working with Scott almost 4 weeks; I chose to drive from Cincinnati to Flemington BMW to purchase interior...on the intranet after extensive search. This was my first BMW and the experience with Scott made it a simple decision even with a 10 hour drive each way!!! Once I got to the dealership, the welcome mat continued to be extended spending great time with getting everything ready. Scott even asked me my favorite type of music and he had it all programmed beforehand. This was a big decision to work out a deal over a car I hadn't seen in person and everyone made me feel like I had no other decision to make than "where do I sign?" Howard Fromm was terrific and made the "document signing" seemless and treated me like I was the only customer in the building. Traveling out of town, the team was compassionate and supportive of my long trip. I would recommend the travel to your store to anyone that was contemplating a car that you have...
