This was my first BMW and the experience with Scott made it a simple decision even with a 10 hour drive each way!!! Once I got to the dealership, the welcome mat continued to be extended spending great time with getting everything ready. Scott even asked me my favorite type of music and he had it all programmed beforehand. This was a big decision to work out a deal over a car I hadn't seen in person and everyone made me feel like I had no other decision to make than "where do I sign?" Howard Fromm was terrific and made the "document signing" seemless and treated me like I was the only customer in the building. Traveling out of town, the team was compassionate and supportive of my long trip. I would recommend the travel to your store to anyone that was contemplating a car that you have... Thank you for everything!!! If i'm ever in near you in the future, I will stop in. More
I was getting my car serviced and wasn't looking to buy a new car at this time. They had so many options and choices that enabled me to work out a payment plan so that I am paying less now then on my old car new car at this time. I started searching for a BMW after my car is flooded by hurricane Sandy. Before I went to Flemington BMW, I tried few other dealers closer to my home. However the experience is horrible compared to what I had in Flemington BMW. The 2011 X3 with M package came to my eye on Nov 12. I immediately sent a request email which the Internet Sales Advisor Mike Sabbagh replied few minutes after at 11pm!!! After a brief back and forth with Mike, I decide to test drive this beauty the following day. Scott welcomed me on Tuesday, introduced the history of the car, showed me all the details and we test drove on different road conditions. Scott is extremely nice, well-knowledge on BMW products/features and treated customer really like god. We made our decision right away after the test drive. Scott is a good negotiator and also a man to keep his word. Due to the good condition of the car, we didn't get much discount but Scott offered some accessories for compensation. On the delivery day, Scott explained almost all the feature of the car which we really appreciate his time and patience. In total, the purchase experience is the best I have ever had. We are glad to meet Scott and choose Flemington BMW. I have already introduced Scott to my friends and hopefully I can do business again with him 3 years later. More
I had an excellent experience in purchasing 2 new BMW's from Flemington BMW. My salesperson Peter, did a great job of going through my options when I went to lease a 535 Xdrive and found exactly what I wa from Flemington BMW. I found Peter not only to be a very accommodating salesperson but found him to share an enthusiasm for BMW's, and cars in general, that is rarely seen anymore when going out to purchase a car. Moreover, if Peter didn't know an answer to a question about the car he immediately obtained the answer. I had such a good experience with my 535 purchase that I sent my wife in to look at X3's and she found Peter to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. We ended up purchasing a second car from Peter and trading in her Lexus Rx for a new X3 a week later. I also appreciated that Flemington BMW, Peter and Ed especially, understood my hectic schedule and took care of both my purchases in a timely and efficient manner. More
His first impression towards me was absolutely horrendous. His very first words were, "What did you want?" To me, this is a complete turn off. After going to another BMW dealer who gave less than a pleasant experience coming to Flemington BMW was a delight. I cold-called the dealership looking for a pre-certified X5 and was connected with Mr. Peter Alaimo in Excellent experience from beginning to end. I cold-called the dealership looking for a pre-certified X5 and was connected with Mr. Peter Alaimo in the sales department. I gave Peter my want list and fifteen minutes later I had an email of all the pre-certified X5 inventory, complete with all the data I requested and a timeline of availability. My wife drove out the next day to meet Peter, who helped guide her to the cars he screened for us. Everything was set-up beforehand and no time was wasted. We decided on a car and I drove out on Saturday morning to do the paperwork. And once again, everything was well-organized before my arrival and no time was wasted. Peter successfully executed my sale which comprised of a few moving parts (trade-in appraisal, financing, old/new vehicle document switching). The best part of my experience at Flemington BMW was that while Peter was my main sales person, I felt as if I was being serviced by a unit of executives (appraisal/trade ins- Steve, Financing- Howard) all looking to support both me and Peter. We were in the market for a used car, suitable for both transportation, and asthetics. From our first meeting, the Sales Consultant, Mr. Scott Smith, was able to narrow down our selection choices. We both felt he really listened to our demands, in order to tailor available cars to our exacting standards. Once we selected the vehicle, he assuaged our fears of the negotiating process, by explaining the difference in dealing with his Flemington BMW showroom. That difference was proven when I was introduced to Howard Fromm, the BMW Senior Financial Officer. Howard took great pains to make me understand what we were both a responsible party of: The BMW Experience. All of us have seen corporate speak relative to marketing programs, replete with buzz words, and easy point structures. I found Howard to be more than just a part of the machine. He really spent his time making sure we were happy with our decision, rather than just completing the art of the deal.I was reassured in my belief by his explaining, in my terms, what I was responsible for, and in turn, what BMW would honor, without question. THe bottom line I can issue here, is that both these gentlemen were consumate professionals, in an industry sorely lacking the same qualities. If you buy a car, buy it from these two men. Period. My wife, Barbara, and I recently purchased our second BMW from Scott Smith and Flemington BMW in 3 months. This most recent purchase was necessitated by the unexpected destruction of one of my vehicles in an accident. When I discovered that my insurance carrier had totaled my car, I knew immediately where I'd look for a replacement vehicle - Scott and the folks at Flemington. Reacting immediately to my unfortunate circumstances, Scott lined up several suitable vehicles, both new and used, for us to drive and made informed recommendations about the relative merits of each car and their respective options. In the end, we ended up with a gorgeous X3 that we're thrilled with and proud to call our own. Scott's service doesn't end with the sale, either; he gave us several tutorials on the operation of the sophisticated technology in the X3 that made our immediate use of the X3's features possible. In addition, with our other BMW, he's eased our way through the service department and even delivered a service loaner to my wife's office so that she didn't have to miss a beat at work. Becky Kosar also did yeoman's work to smooth the loan application process as much as possible, and made certain that we got the benefit of all BMW FS opportunities that were available to us. Finally, Aubrey Kiley Garson worked with the BMW FS folks to ensure that we were properly credited with our "Ultimate Test Drive APP." Another great experience with Scott Smith and Flemington BMW!
