I brought my wife in the next week - she being a 330i driver for nine years until the lexus mistake - and they treated her with highest level of respect. They listened, repeated our needs, and went to work. Throughout the whole process, not once did I feel pressured, or that I was being taken advantage of - also being in sales, I know this can be a stressful occasion in life. They even let us take the desired unit for a day. We ended up getting more car for the same price as paid for lexus, so we were very pleased. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable buying experience.
