I had visited this dealership several time during the past year for service on a lease vehicle that we were interested in turning in early. Even the representative we were working with to turn in our vehicle said over the phone that he would make us a good deal on a new vehicle, but when we got to the dealership to turn in the vehicle he never once mentioned getting us in to a new vehicle. It was only while we were waiting for him to complete the paperwork, that we were approached by Rick Buscavage while we were in the showroom looking at the new vehicles. Rick was very friendly, helpful and informative. After several follow-up phone calls with Rick we ended up returning the next day and leasing a new BMW. If it hadn't been for Rick, we would have ended a 25 year committment of driving BMWs. Rick should definately be commended for his OUTSTANDING customer service skills! More

I shopped Flemington BMW's site for the car I wanted and emailed them telling them the options and packagaes I wanted. We test the drove the car and he answered every question I had regarding the car, service needs, paricing, and financing. I got what I considered to be a very fair price for all involved. The negotiation process was painless and did not require a lot of the back and forth negotiating that is prevalent in some dealers. After I was done with Jeff I spoke to his colleagues about extended service options. Every package was explained and discussed. The entire sales process was pleasant. When I picked up the car I had a few financing things to take care of and then we did a run through of the car. Jeff did a very thorough run through and explained every option and feature in great detail. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience from beginning to end. everyone I encountered there was very pleasant and friendly.
