Well let me start off stating that I didn't think I would be neither a BMW owner nor one of a preowned vehicle. I hadn't even started my "car" shopping & the BMW 335 series wasn't on my list. As I was driving by, I turned into Flemington BMW merely out of curiosity & after wondering around the parking lot, having spotted the vehicle with my name on it, I stepped inside & met Rick. Rick was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable & patient as we talked about what expectations & questions I had. After spontaneously, visiting the showroom within a few hours I was hooked & purchased the car. This was due to Rick's description of the dealership's commitment to its customers', it's reputation and of course the vehicle itself. I want to add that when it was time for me to pick up my BMW, Rick sacrificed his day off, picked me up at home and spent more than a few hours going over the details of the car while helping to setup the bluetooth and more. I have owned 3 new vehicles & dealt with salesman that just wanted to make a sale & move on to the next customer, Rick is not that salesman. I would recommend Rick to anyone wanting to purchase a BMW, he wants to make sure that once purchased there are no regrets. Rick, so far I don't have any and hope that when I'm finally due for a service I won't come away with any. I do love the look & feel of my 335D! More

My wife and I just moved back to the US and were looking for a safe, reliable, SUV for her and our baby. Rick took us for a test drive and took the the time to become acquainted with us and our situation. The test drive felt more like a drive with a friend than your typical "salesperson". There was absolutely no pressure and Rick pointed out all the features that would benefit new parents and safety for the car. We felt quite at ease and next thing we knew we were negotiating for the purchase. Another positive aspect of the experience was Rick was able to get us in-line with payment plan that we were very comfortable with. We signed the dotted line and picked up the X5 6 days later. The day we picked up the car Rick showed us the many features and customized many of the options for my wife. A simple thing of setting the height of the rear trunk for my wife to reach in case she was carrying bags or holding the baby really stood out. It is this personal service that cannot be measured in price. Rick's strong customer service skills is what will bring us back for another BMW in the future and recommend him to our friends.
