Once the sales was complete and because our vehicle had to be ordered, he kept in constant communication about the status. Upon delivery, he spent about 1 1/2 hours making sure we understood about all the features of our new car. The vehicle was spotless as well upon delivery. I have purchased about 9 Lexus vehicles in the past but am know considering a second BMW. More

The person we dealt with at Flemington BMW was Scott Smith. We did our purchase of a 535xi from out of state so Scott had to do extra work and make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. Ryan seemed friendly at first and shared some stories but once we sat down to discuss the numbers, he turned into a complete douchebag. He wouldn't budge more than $500 and I came in on two separate occasions to talk about two cars. Same result. Second time I came in, he said right off the bat that price is staying at it's advertised price. "It is priced just right" Yeah, just right to rip people off. Wouldn't even ask the manager about my offer. Eventually he started yelling at me and giving me a horrible attitude and even made me feel embarrassed I even came to talk to him. Never going back here again. Stay away. More
