After receiving my 2nd State of NJ traffic violation, After receiving my 2nd State of NJ traffic violation, for having tinted windows on my car, I made an appointment to have all tint removed. When I s After receiving my 2nd State of NJ traffic violation, for having tinted windows on my car, I made an appointment to have all tint removed. When I scheduled the appointment, Dana told me that because I bought the pre-owned car with tinted windows, removal should have occurred at time of purchase (salesman never told me that he would remove as they are illegal in NJ and incur expensive fines!). Dana had tint removed, provided me with a 2021 loaner - ALL AT $0 COST! She even offered to reimburse me for the traffic fine - I didn't have it in me to accept the NJ fine violation reimbursement. Dana truly understands the meaning of exemplary customer service and continually demonstrates this important customer focus. OUTSTANDING service Dana!!!!
