I was able to finally receive resolution on a power charging issue with my car. The dealer and Dana were true to their word and were able to give me the 3 hour charger that was advertised with the car charging issue with my car. Dana is a very personable woman who was very diligent and conscientious during my service appointments which were problematic. Although my BMW Z-3 has only 47000 original miles it was purchased new from the conscientious during my service appointments which were problematic. Although my BMW Z-3 has only 47000 original miles it was purchased new from the dealership on 2003. The part required for repair was no longer produced by BMW. That necessitated searching salvage yards for replacement parts. When the parts dept was unsuccessful, Dana stepped in and located the used assembly and worked with the service techs to adapt and overcome the repair problem. Throughout the ordeal Dana kept in constant telephone contact with me until the repairs were complete. Dana is an outstanding member of your service staff and I thank her for her able assistance.
