I just happened to stop in since I was in the area. I was greeted immediately, asked about the problem and even offered water! Dana showed care regarding my concern, for a tech on it right away, and kept me greeted immediately, asked about the problem and even offered water! My issue was rectified and I was treated with respect the entire time by all in the dealership. My car was fully sanitized (by Dana, because she didn’t want me to have to wait any longer for the tech to come!) before I got back into the car. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and would encourage all to ask for Dana! More
