Then...kids, sports, schools, colleges and the commitments that all that life can bring. We have always wanted an M3. We visited Flemington BMW last Fall after a brief call with Tom Terrill. He let us drive a new M3. Great car, but he could see that we were not comfortable with the balance of every day driveability and performance. So, he introduced us to the 340 and 440 models. After a second test drive and many emails, we settled on a list of options for the 440i that brought it close to the M3/4 feel, but with the every day comfort we had grown to appreciate. Then, the long winter wait while the car was built to our specifications. The car arrived. We couldn't be happier. Tom helped us through the selection, optioning and the various finance options that allowed us to get back to the early joy we had with our first sporting BMW. When we picked up the car, several of the sales staff asked us about the options we chose. They commented that we had built a real BMW! Two Door, Manual Transmission - Rear Drive, Track Handling Package and the Performance-Sound Kit. We did add the heated leather seats because...well...we like those too! Our experience with Tom Terrill and Flemington BMW was excellent. The dealership worked with us in the most professional and patient way. This was a big purchase for us. He was of immense help i Just wanted to write and let you know my wife and I just had an outstanding experience with Joe Murray at your dealership. He was of immense help in getting our car set up and explaining all the features and options available. Joe saved us hours of poring over the manual trying to figure things out. To be honest, while the manual contains everything you need, it is not well organized. For example, my key was deprogrammed (operator error). The manual explains all the features that can be programmed, but is really not clear on how to reset the key settings. Joe took care of all that and was very patient with our obtuse questions. On top of that he showed us a lot of things we would never have known about or had the patience to figure out such as how to program all the dashboard presets in a highly configurable & useful fashion. In any event, to reiterate, it was a highly informative and worthwhile experience. Based on Joe's performance we strongly recommend the BMW Genius program to all new BMW owners. More

Good experience! I had gone into this dealership to service my car. My warranty was just about up and I was considering trading it in. I met with Vince Dillon who worked up the financials for me (which were very satisfactory!). He then introduced me to Eric Christensen who worked was a great salesman. He was easy with no pressure, just pleasant and very informative. When I picked up the car, he took his time going over the features and offered to give me another "lesson" when the plates arrive. All in all, this was a very simple purchase and everything went extremely smoothly. More
