Poor customer service. The process was very easy, smooth and friendly, but there was a problem with the driver side door lock and it was fixed just enough for me to take pos The process was very easy, smooth and friendly, but there was a problem with the driver side door lock and it was fixed just enough for me to take possession of the car. As soon as I reached home the problem popped up again. I took it back and they took it to the dealership and got the lock replaced in 10 minutes. The cover under the motor fell off as soon as I drove off the property and they refused to replace it. I am not sure about the inspection done to this car before it was sold to me. The broken/damaged cover under the engine should have been replaced before it was sold. The service manager was very nice and friendly but he did not replace the damaged cover and promised that if he can find one off a wreaked vehicle, he would call me and put it on my car. More

Fantastic (and easy) overall experience We were considering purchasing a similar make used vehicle from one of the more traditional new car dealerships, and just happened to come across Flor We were considering purchasing a similar make used vehicle from one of the more traditional new car dealerships, and just happened to come across Florida Fine Cars on the internet (was searching on craigslist to get an idea of pricing). We quickly realized that they had what we were looking for (at a lower cost and with more luxury features) and then spoke to the salesperson (Stephen Fusillo). Stephen was knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. We saw the car a day later and realized that our expectations in the actual car had been met (always some initial skepticism based upon just an online ad with description and pics) and then bought it. We were even were able to get a substantially lower interest rate than the original dealership we had been considering was able to find us. We had basically already agreed to purchase the car but they felt compelled to get us the best deal possible by finding us a lower rate, no strings attached! The process from start to finish was the smoothest and easiest by far that I can ever remember in purchasing a car. No games, no BS. The deal ended up being better, the people were a pleasure to work with, the dealership looked and felt "high end". Although we already had a specific car in mind they had an excellent selection of high end cars. Leaving we felt great about the overall experience. Barring any surprises with the car (which should be covered by the remaining warranty) I would highly recommend! More
