Carlos is a top-notch, consummate professional, with impeccable interpersonal communications skills, expertise, knowledge, and the wherewithal to handle customers needs. As a retired U.S. Air Force Senior Ranking Communications & Intelligence Officer, I was thoroughly impressed with his demeanor, problem solving skills, from handling the application/sales process, financing, tags, licensing, and car insurance. While purchasing a vehicle for my grandson, many problems ensued that could have killed the whole deal; but, Carlos effectively guided and coached me through the process, with favorable resolutions! Carlos is very thorough, detail oriented, caring, and a zero pressure car salesman. Experience wise, I've bought numerous vehicles during my life, but Carlos taught me things I wasn't aware of in terms of borrowing, co-borrowing, and acquiring affordable car insurance. Carlos is the epitome of a great car salesman, and valuable asset to the Florida Fine Cars Dealership! Lastly, the Financial Advisor Jose, was equally as impressive! He was indeed professional, knowledgeable, and to coin his phrase, "My job is to try to save my customers money where I can!" And, he did just that by getting me a decent interest rate, three additional years of Extended Warranty coverage at zero cost, and saved me $300.00 via the registration, licensing, tags, and title process.
