The best car dealership experience I ever had I live in another state but was recently introduced to Matt Davis and Justin Bailey. My Boxter was coming off lease and I was looking for a new 911. At first, I was skeptical about dealing with a dealership 500 miles from my home. Boy - was I wrong! These guys simply are the best. I first spoke with Matt on a Saturday and he had Justin contact me. By the next Saturday I had a brand new 911 delivered to my driveway and my Boxter was on a truck back to North Carolina. The value they gave me for the trade in was more than fair, Justin's responsiveness and care of me as his customer was off the charts. I can honestly say that I have never been treated this well by any dealership (or other consumer product seller) and I am almost 60 years old and have owned many cars. These folks are a shining example of how to treat people and I am very fortunate to have met them. More

Exfellent to deal with, and low pressure sales We came to FCI to look for a Aston Martin or Maserati. We met Chad as our sales person. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the cars. He showed us several cars all within our price range. While I was out for a test drive, my wife was looking at the Ferraris, and one of the sales folks was talking to her, again no pressure to buy just asking what we do, and how we like cars. At the end of that day, we did not find a car at FCI that we both liked. After further research, my wife and I decided to look further at a new Vantage GT. Chad was very happy to help, and took us both for test drives. Then spent about 2 hours with us selecting colors, and options. After a week and many emails with questions, we finally ordered the car of our dreams. Through out the 6 months from ordering to delivery, Chad kept us up on the status of the car. He was even helpful with sending me information when it was in production, and later the name of the boat it was shipped over in. Over all we could not be happier with the whole process. Everyone was helpful and made the whole purchase experience feel very special. More

At no time was she pushy or overbearing. She provided all the details I requested, and was always upfront and honest. As well, I felt that her and Vic wanted to be certain of my happiness with the complete transaction. Christi also made certain to set up items that I need completed after the sale, with a loaner vehicle! Amazing service! Likewise, the staff was always very pleasant!
