Hank was Outstanding and Makes it Easy I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi A6 from Hank. Being nearly 5 hrs away, I had to rely on Hank to look over the vehicle for me. He noted one blemish and sent me a picture of it, but overall described it as being in great condition. I ended up buying it sight unseen, and the vehicle was even nicer than promised. Hank made the entire process simple and eased many of the concerns I had (and I had many as I've never purchased a car this way before). He was also extremely patient as I tried to get a transport company to pick up the vehicle, but the truck never showed up (after many false statements that they would, and Hank going through the trouble of preparing the car each time). In the end, Hank ended up providing the name of a company that was reliable and excellent, and I got my car without any issues. In summary, I highly recommend working with Hank. He was pleasant, conscientious, and always responsive every time I called or texted him. More

My wife had a 2004 Jaguar XJR which had 111,000 miles, but she did not like the new Jaguars style. I had seen the new Ghibli commercial aired during the Super Bowl so we stopped by Foreign Cars Italia to but she did not like the new Jaguars style. I had seen the new Ghibli commercial aired during the Super Bowl so we stopped by Foreign Cars Italia to check it out. Reade Fulton was the sales advisor who arranged for a test drive. Grace liked the Ghiblis style and the way it drove. A week or so later, I took the Jag to the dealer and also drove and liked the Ghibli. However, we did have some pretty specific requirements. Grace wanted the blu emozione color and the high gloss wood trim. Reade found one quickly, but then I decided I wanted the 19" wheels so he and Matt started checking around and found an SQ4 with exactly the color and options we wanted. The price was right and they were able to get it delivered in just a few days. I have never had a dealership work as hard as FCI did to get us the car we wanted. Reade was very responsive to what we said we wanted and I'm sure Matt also helped. Both were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Foreign Cars Italia to anyone. And we love the Ghibli SQ4. More

I had looked online for several months trying to find the “perfect” first car for my daughter. I inquired on-line about a vehicle at Foreign Cars Italia-Greensboro and immediately received an email from Scot “perfect” first car for my daughter. I inquired on-line about a vehicle at Foreign Cars Italia-Greensboro and immediately received an email from Scott Barwick with additional photos of the car and a time that would be convenient for me to stop and check out. I stopped and look at the vehicle but wanted to come back with my daughter so she could see it and we could take it for a drive together. There was absolutely none of the pressure you will find at most other dealers. My daughter and I were taken on a tour of the dealership and treated as if we were buying a new Porsche, Lamborghini or Aston Martin. We were also introduced to Colin Nugent who gave me a great trade-in price right up front and also priced the car we were interested into a budget we could afford. I thought this car was perhaps a little more than my wife and I wanted to spend but Scott and Colin meet our needs without the haggling and back and forth tactics other dealers use to wear you down. The buying experience was both pleasant and hassle free and I will go back to see them when we decide to purchase out next vehicle.
