Top Notch Experience! My daughter and I began a search of the internet for a particular year, make and model of vehicle. The search was narrowed and because of Forrester's reputation and proximity to where we lived, that was our first... and ultimately ...only ... stop. We had found a vehicle online that met the stringent requirements of what my daughter was looking for. We set off Monday to "look" at the vehicle. When we arrived at Forrester's, we saw the 14' Ford Fusion sitting on the lot. We were inspecting the vehicle when we were approached by salesman Cody Forrester. He began to explain all of the features of the car from bumper to bumper from the engine and drive train thru the interior with its comfort controls and all of the vehicles safety features. We then headed off for a test drive, where he went further into its operations and controls. Any questions she and I asked, were promptly answered. The car was all we had hoped for, and then some. We then went into the office where the "numbers" were crunched and all the warranties remaining ... and others that were available were disclosed. It was really a pleasant experience. My daughter and I discussed the purchase over dinner, and we both felt it was a perfect fit. I went in on Tuesday to look over the car in the daylight. Cody pointed out an issue with a tire that had encountered a curb, the other front tire had very slight similar damage, he advised, "we will take care of it", with matching Goodyear tires. The service dept handled the fresh oil change, complete service, state inspection, and installing the two new tires. All were completed in an extremely efficient and professional manner. The recon dept detailed the vehicle to an... as new...showroom condition vehicle. It looked amazing. Thursday evening we arrived at Forrester's to take delivery. That was an absolute joy. Cody had everything ready to go. After a few signatures, and money exchange, it was out to the vehicle for delivery. He assisted my daughter in syncing her phone, programming the keyless entry and going over all the operations. I cant say enough for the professionalism Cody and the Forrester Staff gave us. It really was a wonderful experience. Kudos to their entire team. More

I spoke with Mike about the car I was interested in, made an appointment and drove down for a test drive. Mike answered all my questions and truly wanted to find the right car for me. Best Customer Service I was in the market for a car with a lot of bells and whistles. Travis Mummert had sold us a used Aviator in the past and was so attentive to my need I was in the market for a car with a lot of bells and whistles. Travis Mummert had sold us a used Aviator in the past and was so attentive to my needs that when another nearly new vehicle (MKZ Hybrid) came in, he just knew it was for me! It had more than a lot of bells and whistles, it was amazing. He is very attentive to your needs but not at all pushy! Stop in and talk to him if you are ever in the market for a new or used car and let him know your needs. He will keep his eyes open for the vehicle for you and notify you as soon as he feels something matches what you want. You will not be disappointed. And I must give a shout out to Bill Mull as well. If I ever stopped in for another look at the vehicle or had any questions and Travis was not available, Bill was always happy to answer any questions or demonstrate anything for me as well. They are like family there and treat you as part of their family! More

Love Forrester We had been looking for a used car for quite some time. We had test drove a few vehicles and drove about an hour and a half to test drive an MKX since We had been looking for a used car for quite some time. We had test drove a few vehicles and drove about an hour and a half to test drive an MKX since we had no dealers in the area. Upon our arrival at the dealership, we saw they were closed but noticed someone in the parking lot so I asked if we could test drive a car. Mike Manning was our salesman and he didn't bat an eye about the after hours test drive. Mike knew all there was to know about the vehicle and was happy to let us drive it. We sat in the showroom for at least half an hour after the test drive, chatting with the Mike and the staff. We ended up buying the 2013 MKX a few weeks later not only for the superb handling, comfort and safety of the vehicle but also for the quality dealership and salesman. Mike was upfront, knowledgeable, friendly and caring about all aspects of the transaction. Our final decision was the family-owned atmosphere of the dealership. They definitely care about the buyer and want them to make the best decision based on their needs. I appreciate the fact that Forrester was not pushy in any way. While waiting for the service to be completed Mike took the time to share some details about the new features available in the new MKX and Navigators (which he knows that I'm partial too) - taking the time to let me experience the feel of luxury that the Navigator has to offer was more than I could have expected during my routine service visit. The 2015 Navigator driving experience made me weak in the knees for sure - so thank you Mike for always making me SMILE. More

Travis Mummert our sales person at Forrester's did a good job explaining our purchase information and when we returned to the dealership to sign papers, all of it was ready to be signed, it took only one trip to the dealership to complete this. We were so pleased that we then purchased a second, used vehicle, a Ford Escape to replace another second car we had. I think this testimony speaks highly for Travis Mummert our sales person and the Forrester dealership. We have been patrons of this dealership for the past 40 years. I did contact the Sales Manager to get resolution .Also, I requested that my phone be re-synced to the car and the sales team and tech staff were unable to address this request. I was able to do myself after referring to the manuel. I am a Sales Manager in my profession and note that after sales care is as important as the sale itself! More

There was none of the back and forth on prices and trade values that we have been used to in the recent past with other dealers. We felt confident that we were getting a good value on our purchase and trade. The only down side to this purchase was the number of "add ons" recommended by the dealer. We are pleased to do business with this established dealership. We had the feeling that they would "take care of us" in our service, warranty issues etc. Travis did a good job of getting us started on understanding all the technology in our new car and offered to help us with anything that we did not understand. We did not buy a Lincoln but we felt they treated us as if we had. More
