Pleasant Experience Just wanted to share my experience with Forrester Lincoln Mercury, more specifically sales person Cody Forrester. I visited the dealership awhile back for a test drive on a pre-owned vehicle. Ultimately I did not purchase that vehicle, but Cody was a very pleasant & professional young man regardless. Also, the dealership impressed me with the fact that when I expressed the amount of monthly payment with which I was comfortable, their bottom line figure was exactly what I wanted. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 30 years, and this was a first! Nice vehicle team...go check them out! More

Pre-owned Ford Fusion and Mike Manning Mike knows his product and is a super friendly, no pressure guy. He made the whole purchase, trade in, and financing process easy. When we had a major issue with the vehicle within 24 hours of purchase, Mike was all over it getting it fixed, providing us with a loaner, and making sure the dealership covered the repair cost. In fact, everyone at the dealership was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional, from Mike to the service guy to the body shop guy to the cashier in the service department. We also appreciate the dealership's transparency with how they price their pre-owned vehicles. Our vehicle was priced on the lower end of the spectrum and the amount they offered for our trade-in was better than expected. More
