I saw an MKX parked in front of the show window a Awesome Customer Service – This is the first time I dealt with Cody and he exceeded my expectations. I saw an MKX parked in front of the show window and stopped to test drive it. I told Cody I purchase my vehicles from my son in law in New Jersey but wanted to see if I liked the MKX vs. an Explorer. Cody understood and still took the time to take me for a test drive and explain the features of the MKX. I told him the features I wanted in the vehicle and he knew exactly which model would work for me. He followed up with me the next day with prices and to see if I had any questions. Great team! Great dealership! I travelled from Atlanta, GA to buy a used car I found online. A bit of a gamble but the description online was accurate. Speedy service for an out of town visitor I made the mistake of filling the tank in my truck with gasoline instead of the Diesel it required. I was assured they would take care of my issues asap. They sent someone to pick me up at my hotel & had me back on the road by noon. More

Purchase of 2011 Ford f350 Super Duty diesel. We emailed about truck we found online. Mark got back to us very quickly. He spoke with my husband and we took a trip to see the truck. Truck was ready to be picked up Monday @ 1pm. Mark was waiting for us and after bringing us up to date on what had been done to the truck as far as maintenance that had been done. We had a smooth transfer of vehicles. 2004 Ford Excursion in trade. Went over extended warranty which we bought. Everything went smoothly, Mark couldn't have been any nicer.
