My single complaint and what made them lose a star was that the dealer in the back ran my credit through THREE different lenders to compare rates, without asking if that was okay. By assuming I wanted a better rate at the cost of a lowered credit score, they lost a bit of my trust. Please be courteous and communicate better in the future.
