New Toyota Highlander I knew I wanted to get a new Toyota Highlander, I just didn't know where or which one I wanted. I had met John in the lobby of the dealership while I I knew I wanted to get a new Toyota Highlander, I just didn't know where or which one I wanted. I had met John in the lobby of the dealership while I was waiting for my Camry to get serviced and was looking at the Sienna. I was telling him what I wanted in my next car for my family of two small children. He recommended the Highlander over the Sienna and I kept that in mind for a couple months. I am so glad he did because I LOVE my SUV, He was very professional and yet personable and got to know us as a family. He made the whole process easy, which is not what I expected going in.
