Great service from Four Stars Toyota! I recently bought my Grand Highlander with them and my husband and I live 7 hours away. John was able to get the exact features I wanted within 6 wee I recently bought my Grand Highlander with them and my husband and I live 7 hours away. John was able to get the exact features I wanted within 6 weeks of our initial conversation, which for the new Grand Highlanders is amazing. We were more than willing to drive the distance and it didn’t disappoint! I only gave four stars because there was an agreed upon price for my previous car when I put my deposit down for the new one. The price somehow dropped while we waited a few months for my new car (not really my fault nor the dealerships because of the wait), but it would’ve been nice to have been notified that the price could change even though we had already set a number. Besides that hiccup, the service John and everyone at Four Stars Toyota gave us was above and beyond! I also wanted to mention that the weekend we picked up my GH, John was out of town and Harry was the one to step into his place. Harry was beyond helpful and answered all of our questions. He even helped us with moving our stuff from the old car to the new one, which was a big deal considering we had both of our little girls with us to watch as well. Thank you to John, Gary, and Harry! If you’re looking into getting a new car, definitely shop with Four Stars Toyota. Best team I’ve witnessed so far! More
