Best new vehicle buying experience ever !!! I wish I had known what an outstanding experience was in store for me when I finally stopped procrastinating and bought a new 2019 Honda Ridgeline. My I wish I had known what an outstanding experience was in store for me when I finally stopped procrastinating and bought a new 2019 Honda Ridgeline. My purchase took place without actually visiting the dealer. I contacted Sales Manager Emilio Rocha and requested a quote on an RTL-E in a color they didn't have in stock. He quickly located one and his Sales Representative Rob Phillips drove to the dealer several hundred miles away and brought it back the same day. I also wanted a CD player installed and they overnighted and installed a genuine Honda CD player the following morning. Then that same day Rob drove it nearly 200 miles to my residence to inspect, sign all the paperwork and take delivery of the truck. He also paired my phone to the Ridgeline's Android system and showed me how the power seats and mirrors, and also the special safety/anti-collision features worked. All in all this was a 99 - 100 percent hassle-free and stress-free vehicle buying experience! Also the no-haggle price was as good or better than what I would have paid in Dallas or Fort Worth. These comments come from someone who has dreaded going to a dealership to buy a new car or truck for the last 20 years. Their sales slogan should be: "Don't Jack Around ! Shop Frank Brown!" They will be my first and probably only dealer I will consider when I buy my next vehicle . And I hope Rob Phillips is still there when I purchase my next vehicle, as he was an outstanding person to handle all the details of this purchase. More

Service not up to par Had a check engine light come on my diesel. Drove in on a Monday around 10 and was told to come back first thing on the next day so that my truck woul Had a check engine light come on my diesel. I drove back on Tuesday morning at 7:30 and was told that I would receive a call that morning to see what the light was on for. At 9:30 I received a call to let me know that two injectors were bad. I asked how long it would take to get it fixed and they said they weren’t sure. I called back up there at 5:30 to check progress and was told that the mechanic had already gone home for the day. I was then asked if I wanted to to come pick up my truck and bring it back the next morning. I then asked if y’all know it had bad injectors then how was I going to drive it home if y’all had already started working on it. I told them to just keep it there overnight so that it was there to get cranking on it first thing in the morning. I called back up there around 10 on Wednesday morning to check on progress and was told the mechanic working on my truck called in sick. So, moral of the story is that they had my truck for almost a day and a half and only plugged my truck in to see what the problem was in Wich they knew at 9:30 on day one. I was then given this BS story by the service mgr and I went and picked my truck up and drove it straight out to all American Chevy in Slaton and were able to get me back on the road the very next day. I have had 2 other issues with this dealership. I can not say enough bad stuff about this place. Steer far far away!!! More
First oil change on Honda Staff was very nice and professional. I wasn’t sod the service area was open at the time I went but they informed that they were open and direct me to Staff was very nice and professional. Emmy Honda got the service she needed (oil change) and a complete check to make sure she was in tip-top shape. Definitely recommend their service to future customers. More
