Not too happy The first time I ever brought my truck to Frank Brown to be fixed I told the service department that I needed a software update due to 2 other places The first time I ever brought my truck to Frank Brown to be fixed I told the service department that I needed a software update due to 2 other places told me this and said it had to be a dealership of GMC that would do this as they did not have equipment. I was told there was no update for my truck at this time. Now it’s the 3rd time I have taken it to them and now I’m being told it needs an update. So having to pay the 100.00 each time I went adds up. I get frustrated and didn’t take back ASAP and I should have but would wait until something else was wrong to take truck in because it is an inconvenience to have to take my truck and leave. More
