Better experience than what I was having at scoggin Dickey I had a horrible experience with Scoggin Dickey so found out yal did Chevy warranty. So took one of my work trucks to there for warranty and was happy with the service Ronnie gave me. Kept in contact with me and got it in and out quick. It’s a employees work soneeded it in and out quick and that happened. So took my personal truck that I work out of, under warranty also and Ronnie did just as good with his service to me. Appreciate the promptness and getting my works vehicles in and out quick. Appreciated Ronnie in the service department and let him know thanks for the help and let him know how good he did since emlpoyees don’t get as much appreciation as they should More

Room for improvement I dropped off my truck about 12:30 on a Friday for a LoF and a “service engine soon” message. Was told computers were down and there would be a $99 do I dropped off my truck about 12:30 on a Friday for a LoF and a “service engine soon” message. Was told computers were down and there would be a $99 dollar diagnostic fee for service light message. After leaving truck with service dept we recd call at about 4:45pm that computers never came back online so I chose to leave truck over weekend in FB care. Late Monday I recd call that the diagnostic was done and after hearing cost I declined but went ahead with the Lube, oil, filter, tire rotate, and radiator flush. I picked up truck on Tuesday just after lunch. Now, with all that said, here are my suggestions; 1. When you have a customers vehicle for over two days for basic service and a diagnostic... (which should be a basic in and out timeframe) FB should show some appreciation for putting the customer out. How? Glad you asked... ** In my case the diagnostic fee should have been waived ** Offer a minimum 10% discount on parts & labor ** and, last but not least, is Frank Brown the last company in the United States that does not offer American Military Veterans a 10% discount..
