Getting an oil change in a hurry and getting it done correct I can always call the service department and get an estimate of wait time for an oil change and usually it is less than an hour with folks ahead of me I can always call the service department and get an estimate of wait time for an oil change and usually it is less than an hour with folks ahead of me, otherwise it gets going as soon as I pull into the bay. The service writers are always so courteous and smiling. I have yet to find a drop of oil in my driveway. That is extremely rare. Frank Brown's folks are the greatest. More

Poor customer service I picked up a 2016 suburban that was supposedly certified. They delivered it to my house and come to find out the entertainment system didn't work. I I picked up a 2016 suburban that was supposedly certified. They delivered it to my house and come to find out the entertainment system didn't work. I took it back and they charged me $600 to fix it. They didn't vacuum it out or wash it. They didn't even put the mats where they go, they were just piled in the back and missing driver mat , which they want to charge me for too. I don't think it should matter what car you buy, the customer service should be the same. I will never buy another vehicle from here. More
