Ronnie was very unprofessional when handling my claim. Had no concern for the time it was taking, and even told me, “well you chose us” when I voiced my frustration with the lengthy process. My truck wasn Had no concern for the time it was taking, and even told me, “well you chose us” when I voiced my frustration with the lengthy process. My truck wasn’t touched for about 3 days after I dropped it off. Our insurance adjuster came to the shop to do the initial inspection, but since the truck hadn’t been touched he left. Someone sent pictures to the insurance company, but they were blurry, so they couldn’t use them. This resulted in them having to reschedule the adjuster to come back out, and once they approved the claim I feel like Ronnie drug his feet to get it fixed. Any communication that happened was because I initiated it. I called on Friday late morning, and he said they got the part that morning and they were putting it on, but when I called back about 5:30 he told me they never got to it and still had to do an alignment. I questioned why that wasn’t done yet, and his response was “well that’s not how it works”. I told him our rental was running out and I was going to have to pay more for it and take off work again, and that is when he responded with “well just remember you chose us”. I had taken off work to get back to Lubbock to pick it up on Friday, so I missed out on wages. I then again had to take off the day I picked up, again missing more wages. He was very unprofessional and his lack of concern for the whole process will keep me from ever using or suggesting this repair shop to anyone. More
