Warranty Repair Performed Without Conflict Our new 2018 Odyssey Touring experienced a dead battery twice in three days. We jump started it and took it to FranK Brown on a Friday afternoon. Th Our new 2018 Odyssey Touring experienced a dead battery twice in three days. We jump started it and took it to FranK Brown on a Friday afternoon. They had no one available, but kept it through the weekend and returned it to us on Monday with a new battery. No conflict. Other than the inconvenience of being from out of town, having to arrange transportaiton, and being without use of the vehicle for three days, it was a reasonably nice experience. We have owned Hondas from Frank Brown for years and are always treated with courtesy and professionalism. More
