Great experience! The service tech told me approximately how long it would take since I chose to wait. He led me to the customer lounge which was very comfortable. The TV was a bit noisy so the gentleman at the service counter led me to a study room with a desk and a small couch. I was able to work on my computer which was awesome. When you go to a place you’re not familiar with, you never want to need to ask what happens next. I never had to, and that’s a sign of a good place! More
