No one notified me that if my vehicle was not picked up by 6, I wouldn’t be able to get it until Monday. I arrived at 6:15 on Friday and went all weekend without a car, wish also had things in it that I ne by 6, I wouldn’t be able to get it until Monday. They're generally good. I like that they have dedicated shuttle to get customers to their destination. There was that one time when they forgot to close off my oil tank afte I like that they have dedicated shuttle to get customers to their destination. There was that one time when they forgot to close off my oil tank after they change it, that caused oil stain in my garage. It was an honest mistake. It's only one time from a decade of using them to service my cars, but it stained my trust somewhat. More
